Most websites and articles you come across on the topic of biodiesel stress “Save the Planet” or “Independence from Foreign Oil” as major themes. It’s almost as though the same group of people float from website to website on every topic from electric cars or hydrogen fuel cells to solar power or wind energy and every other alternative fuel and power source in some weird 70’s flashback. Actually, all of those technologies are very neat from a technical standpoint but let’s keep the rhetoric to a minimum and focus on the facts.
Biodiesel isn’t some enviro-religion you have to join, it’s just a neat technology to learn about and play with and make work for you.
