		<description>While the large companies might be battling against homebrew biodiesel for commercial gains, I think the idea of everyone producing biodiesel (be they small or large) having a standard licence makes sense ( as long as this license does not cost a bomb)...because the process of biodiesel production does involve a few chemicals that can be harmful if not used correctly, so I think it will be a good idea to have some certifications done for the producers
